~ My Photography ~

I specialize in outdoor locations and use natural light as much as possible. My favorite time to photograph is in the late afternoon when the shadows are long and the light is golden, giving the photos a magical sun-kissed glow. Since light is best in either the early morning before the light becomes too harsh or late afternoon for that wonderful glow, sessions should be booked during these times to give you the best possible photos. However, we can work with any time that will work for you!  I love to style my photographs with a soft romantic look, or bring out brilliant pops of color.  I also love to use beautiful shades of black and white. If you prefer one style to the other just let me know! I can edit your image in either style.

 

~ Your Session ~

When doing a session with children it may run a little longer or shorter depending on the child. Since I am also a parent, I know that you can't predict how little ones may act at that particular time, I will follow their lead and capture the moments they bless me with! I promise to try my best to make it fun and relaxing and natural. We can do your session at any outdoor location in the Fort Morgan and Brush Colorado areas. If there is a location that is outside of these areas that you would like for your session that can also be arranged for an additional mileage charge. ~ Styling Yourself For The Shoot ~

It is best to avoid clothing with logos or very busy prints. Solid colors always photograph the best and put the attention where it should be, on you!

 

~ Your Photos ~

Within two weeks of your session, your photos will be fully edited and put in a private gallery to choose your prints.  If you order the digital files they will be put on an external USB flash drive which I will mail to you along with the digital print release form.  Payment for the photo session and image rights can be made either by cash or check at the time of your session.  You will also be able to view sample images of your session on my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/fluttershutterusa within a few days of your session.
